Wow! Talk about an amazing experience from the moment you step into the old rehabilitated barn which houses this adorably delicious slice of heaven! Michael greeted us, who is one of the owners. The menu is expansive of waffles galore, to include a bacon flight! We had the Tree Hugger Waffle (belgian waffle topped with greek yogurt, granola, fresh fruits and nuts) the Maple Bacon Waffle (a maple and bacon infused waffle topped with maple bacon) and the bacon flight (6 pieces of bacon, 3 different varieties!). It was beautifully presented and equally filling! They even whipped up woofles for our furbaby! The decor vibes with the "peace, love & waffles" theme. Can't wait to return to sit outside when it's warmer! Do yourself a huge favor and check this place out! You won't be disappointed!

This place is awesome! The food was quick and delicious. We ordered 3 different plates and everyone loved what they had. We ordered The Greek Potato waffle, The Red Flannel Waffle, and the OG French Toast Waffle. There was lots to choose from. They have a kids menu as well. The decor is great as well. The man who was tending to the tables was fantastic. His name is Eddie. A great guy, great personality, and very personable. We highly recommend making the drive to get here. You won’t be disappointed. We will be back!!

Peace, Love & Waffles is such a great addition to Dover-Foxcroft! A unique, quirky and delicious little breakfast joint, that adds joy to our visits and mornings at the lake. The owner (and his pup Athena) are lovely, and make everyone feel right at home. Plus the decor and atmosphere is perfect Plus, their money is so diverse it accommodates our group that included kids, a vegan, meat lovers and someone who can’t eat gluten- so rare and appreciated! Would highly recommend!

We ate here for a late breakfast on a Saturday morning, and we had a wonderful meal. Like the name suggests, this is a fun, offbeat, and slightly quirky restaurant. It’s a small place that only seats 30 inside. Order at the counter when you enter, and they’ll bring your food to the table when it’s ready. All the food was prepared extremely well and very tasty. The Belgium waffle was classic, but the PLW whipped topping was a bit of a surprise—whipped cream cheese rather than whipped cream. It’s tasty, but nothing beats the Maine maple syrup, so it’s worth adding that on. The waffles and gravy was a fun change from biscuits, with a nice creamy sausage gravy. Also different, since there wasn’t any meat in the gravy (we’re from away, is this a regional thing?). Next time I’ll get a side of sausage or bacon to go with it. The coffee was good and hot, the food came quickly, and the staff were very friendly. Well worth the drive from Bangor. We’ll definitely be back.

Best breakfast I’ve had in Maine. It was a little busy on a Sunday at 10 am but they are efficient and got us seated with our food quickly. The food options are creative and well made. The chicken and waffles blew my mind!! Took no photos because we devoured everything so quickly!

My wife and I celebrated Valentine's Day with breakfast at Peace Love & Waffles. This restaurant serves outstanding food and provides a wonderful atmosphere. My wife had the Java French Waffle, I had the Irish Benny, and we shared some home fries. If you are ever in this area or seeking a day trip destination, Peace Love & Waffles is a highly recommended stop in the Dover-Foxcroft area.

Lovely little place here. I never actually realized it was a restaurant, so I would recommend them to get a sign for the other side of the road so people might see this place more. I got a chocolate chip waffle and an iced coffee, my friend got pretty much the same, so for 30 not too shabby. Only reason food got 4 stars was because the coffee was quite bitter and didn't have much flavor, but that's just personal preference. But overall, it is an absolutely precious environment and I loved going!
